Yesterday I received an email from one of my subscriber in my inbox, I read that short and interesting email, it was more than 5-6 lines and at the end there was a link that asked me to click. I do clicked that and wait about 1 minute, but did not release any page. I thought at some point that my Internet connection is down, so checked my connection, but everything was absolutely perfect.

I refresh the page many times, the results were similar. I have read all emails from others and did my routine work. On the night of that mail I recheck it soon as it was so interesting, I read and click on the same link, but ended with the same result.

This episode left a question in my mind why people do not choose their web hosting provider wisely. In fact, it is the most vital part of the Internet business.

Website hosting service is the first important step towards building our business on the Internet. You can get cheap or even free hosting services but I always suggest that do not prefer free hosting for commercial sites. Users will receive annoying pop-ups whenever you are surfing on your page, it will be impossible to get a decent position in a search engine, or even get a real business URL. Nobody will remember your web address.

All this information can be very useful for deciding your level of success and on what you need to concentrate more.

AwStats provides you detailed information for all your visitors such as their hostname, from which country they came, thus you can get summery report for traffic.

AwStats also help you in SEO as it captures search keywords/phrases that are used by your visitors while getting into your site from Search engines. You can also get info about your OS, Browser your visitors are using. This info can be very useful while optimizing your site for SE’s, also you can break down your visitors history into monthly history, weekly history, daily history as well as hourly history which can help you for crosschecking your sites popularity and traffic.
