Domain owner can easily setup pop3 email in Microsoft Outlook Express by following the steps given below:-
1) Open Microsoft Outlook Express
2) Now click on Tools>> Accounts
3) Click on Add>> Mail
4) Click next Enter your Display name and click next
5) Now fill up your email address ex: ryan@yourdomain.com and click Next
6) Once the details are filled up, select POP3 as your incoming mail server, key in your incoming server and outgoing mail server and click Next
7) Now key in your username in account name, and your password and Click Next
It’s done!
Note:-
* You can receive your outgoing mail server and incoming mail server from your web hosting service provider.
* You can also ask your Email hosting provider if you need SPA for email access
