How to setup an Email Account in Plesk control panel

You can use Plesk to set up POP3 email hosting accounts for your domains just login to your Plesk as Admin and access domain administration page. You need to choose the domain for which you are looking for adding email accounts.

Please follow following steps for setting email accounts for your domains.
1. On the Domain admimstration page click on Mail Icon.
2. Under tools section proceed with clicking Add New Mail Name.
3. Set a proper name for this new email account.
4. You will need to enter new password for this new email account and you will need to confirm it.
5. If you wish to allow this mail user to access control panel then you will have to select check box ” Control panel access ”
6. Now check box for mailbox, you can also specify mailbox quota if you want to assign it.
7. Finally submit these setting by clicking OK.

You can customize your email hosting account any time using your Plesk control panel.
